In August 2026, the analyst travelled to northern British Columbia to conduct a due diligence site visit of Goliath Resources' (OTCQX: GOTRF) Surebet Discovery, located within the Company's Golddigger project in the southern Golden Triangle. The visit came at a pivotal moment, with the Company's fully funded, 50,000-meter, seven-rig 2026 drill program in full swing and already delivering visually encouraging results, including step-out extensions to both the Bonanza and Golden Gate zones, against a gold price backdrop near all-time highs.

Access to the project runs through Terrace, BC, a well-serviced regional supply hub connected by road and rail to the deep-water ports of Prince Rupert and Kitimat. From there, the Company operates out of an exploration camp at the historic Kitsault townsite, a purpose-built community from the 1970s that now offers road, power, and barge access uncommon among Golden Triangle exploration projects. The analyst found the camp's infrastructure and comfort supporting an experienced, largely returning technical and support crew, a meaningful advantage for a technically demanding, multi-rig drill program.
The site tour, hosted by CEO Roger Rosmus, included helicopter access to the Surebet valley, a stop at an active drill pad overlooking the Bonanza Zone's newly confirmed 750-meter southwest extension, and a review of core from several 2026 holes, including high-grade intersections in the Bonanza and Golden Gate zones. The visit reinforced the analyst's view that Surebet's mineralization, expressed across quartz-sulphide veins, Eocene dykes, and breccia and stockwork zones, is being systematically modeled in 3D to guide ongoing step-out and infill targeting.
Importantly, the southwest extension confirmed early in the 2026 season is expected to set up a defined, lower-risk infill target for the 2027 program, while additional extensions to the northeast and the still-open Jackpot prospect provide further running room at depth and along strike. Structural complexity remains a technical challenge given the sheared, stacked-vein nature of the system, but the Company's data-driven modeling approach, and its ability to isolate the causative geometry from a large and growing drill database, support our confidence in continued exploration success through the remainder of the 2026 season.

Our report details the analyst's on-site observations, along with updated key investment highlights for the project. We continue to view Surebet as a standout, high-grade exploration story in the Golden Triangle, and we are maintaining our current fair market valuation target for the Company at $4.90 per share.
