BOMH: Expanding Product Line While Emphasizing e-Commerce Sales Channel

Boomer Holdings (OTC:BOMH) is a wellness company that launched a PPE division in April 2020 and benefited from rapid sales of silver-infused reusable face masks and other PPE products during the pandemic. BOMH entered into an exclusive distributor agreement with a supplier based in Vietnam to distribute its products in the U.S. Going forward, BOMH intends to leverage its relationship to import a growing line of products from Vietnam.

2020 A Transformational Year…

The COVID-19 pandemic shined a light on the need for people to mitigate against highly contagious viruses and led Boomer Holdings to shift its strategy in response to the growing need for personal protection equipment such as silver-infused face masks and gaiters, hand sanitizer, safety gloves and other products. Thus, 2020 was a transformational year for the company. As noted, BOMH entered into an exclusive distributor agreement with a supplier based in Vietnam to distribute its products in the U.S. and launched Boomer PPE.

The company formed wholesale distribution relationships with CVS, AETNA, Chevron Terrible Herbst, Core-Mark and others, which was a key driver of strong 2020 revenue growth. In fact, in one short year, Boomer Holdings grew revenue at its newly formed PPE operating unit to over $50 million.

…With The Strategy Aimed At Building on the Foundation

Going forward, BOMH has increased its focus on the online sales channel, as PPE sales via the wholesale channel begin to slow somewhat at this point during the COVID-19 pandemic. BOMH expects its e-commerce division to be the primary driver of near-term revenue and has rolled out, the vehicle for direct-to-consumer e-commerce. The company believes that this site represents a significant interface improvement compared to the company’s prior online e-commerce site. In tandem with improving the consumer interface, the company also intends to leverage its Vietnam supplier relationship to expand its product offerings in key consumer categories such as apparel, bedding and coffee. By leveraging the online e-commerce channel, Boomer has an ambitious plan to introduce a range of new products while simultaneously minimizing inventory and overall risk.

In turn, Boomer expects to transition from PPE as the single largest revenue driver to become a full range wellness and consumer lifestyle company offering a range of merchandise designed to appeal to consumers’ growing interest in health and wellness and leveraging the company’s exclusive supply chain.
